Service scope
FRD Drive Automation is a privately operated application used for the owner's authorized Google Drive and Google Docs automation. It is not offered as a public subscription service and does not provide public user registration.
Authorized use
The application may be used only with Google accounts, files, and project resources for which the operator has lawful authorization. It must not be used to bypass access controls, access another person's data without permission, or perform unlawful activity.
Google services
Use of Google Drive, Google Docs, OAuth, and related APIs remains subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, quotas, and availability. FRD Drive Automation cannot guarantee continued availability of third-party services.
Credentials and security
OAuth credentials, authorization codes, access tokens, and refresh tokens are sensitive. They must not be placed in this public repository, public issues, public logs, or other public channels. Compromised credentials should be revoked or rotated promptly.
Changes and availability
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or its automation workflows as needed for security, maintenance, provider-policy changes, or project governance. Material changes to Google data-access practices will be reflected in the public privacy policy before deployment where required.
No public-service warranty
The application is maintained for private operational use and is provided without a public-service availability commitment or warranty. Automated actions are governed by the permissions and validation rules of the authorized workflow.

How Google user data is accessed and handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
